Your hips: The key to mobility, balance and independence. So much of the quality of your daily life depends on the mobility of and strength in your hips. In addition, the health of your lower back is greatly influenced by the health of your hip joints. We will explore how to increase or maintain the strength and mobility of your hips thorough yoga asanas. In addition, we will address how your hips and pelvis influence the health of your lower back. Alternatives will be given for those students who need them for any reason, including arthritis and previous hip replacements.
