Jennie Williford (Level 3 CIYT) is a newer transplant to the IYAUM area. She now lives in LaCrosse, WI, but has traveled and moved from TX, IL, and MT in her practice and teaching of Iyengar Yoga. These moves, along with her 5 visits to India and RIMYI inform her approach to yoga as an exploration and investigation of the Self on every level. She hopes to share her excitement and enthusiasm for the path of yoga with every student she comes across - from the beginner to the more advanced - and knows that though the subject of yoga can be serious and intense at times, we don’t need to take ourselves so seriously in the process. Joy, compassion, and fascination will guide us in this practice together!
