Summer Yoga Day with Chris Saudek

Please join us Saturday, July 9th as we celebrate Guru Purnima. Let's come together to honor our Guru and renew our sangha community. This event will be both live in St Peter, MN and live stream via Zoom. Senior teacher Chris Saudek  will lead us in an āsana class, then social time and refreshments will follow. Please see details and registration below.  Video recording from the class will be made available for 14 days. 

COST:  Free to all IYAUM members, $15 for non-members.

LOCATION:

Online and in studio at St Peter Yoga Studio, 112 E Grace Street, St Peter, MN 56082. 

TIME:

11:30 - 1pm asana class

1 - 3pm social time 

ABOUT CHRIS: 

Chris Saudek has been studying Iyengar Yoga since 1978 and teaching since 1981. She started teaching through the extension program at UW-L and opened The Yoga Place in 1988. Chris holds a Level 4 Certification in the Iyengar method that was awarded by B.K.S. Iyengar. As a devoted student of the Iyengars, she has studied at the Ramanani Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India on numerous occasions for 1-5 months at a time.
