Yoga: the Gift of Life is the theme of this Special Online Workshop with Randy Just.
This is the theme for a two-hour afternoon workshop on Saturday, January 29th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
All levels welcome, this class will be online only. Recording will be sent out after the class and made available for one week. Zoom link will be emailed on January 28.
