About the Event
Join us for our fall workshop with Jaki Nett!
WHEN
· Friday 9/29-Sunday 10/1
Friday 5:30-7:30pm General class – Head, neck, shoulders and arms
Saturday 9-11:30am Standing – Feet, legs, hips, Introductions to inversions
Saturday 3-5:30pm Seated – Hamstrings, groins and Knees, Moving to Padmasana
Sunday 9am-12pm Back bending – Understanding the rhythm of the sacrum, Restorative Pranayama
We are requiring participants sign up for the whole workshop due to limited space at the venue and administrative purposes.

COST: $175 for IYAUM Members, $225 for Non-Members

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Tuesday, September 26th at midnight CST. No last-minute registrations out of consideration to the volunteers and administrators of the event.
TEACHER
Jaki Nett, is a Level 3 certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. She lives in California and is the co-owner of the Iyengar Yoga Napa Valley, studio.
In 1986 she traveled Pune India to study with Geeta and Mr. Iyengar and has since traveled to Pune 25 times.
Jaki holds a master’s degree in Humanistic Psychology and taught Humanistic Psychology for 5 years on the college level. She also holds a bachelor of arts in Interior Design and Art and an associate of arts in Theater Arts.
Jaki has authored a book on pelvic floor dysfunctions, A Crack in the Mask -The Felt Sense Method®: A Humanistic Approach to Managing Incontinence
Jaki teaches public, private class and workshops nationally and internationally in-person and via Zoom.
Jaki’s teaching style is an unembellished methodical blend of Iyengar yoga, anatomical kinesiology and symmetry in movement.
RECORDING will be available for 30 Days. Recordings will be sent out afterward.
