One of the foremost practitioners and ambassadors for Iyengar Yoga in the world, Arun toured and taught yoga in the United States eleven times prior to the pandemic, including twice in the Twin Cities. Now, he returns! FRI: 6-8pm. SAT: 10am–12pm + 3-5pm. SUN: 10am-12pm & 3-5pm

About the Event
H.S. Arun started teaching yoga in 1976 and was awarded the Junior Advanced Iyengar yoga certification directly by B.K.S. Iyengar. Arun is the founder and principal instructor at Prashant Yogashraya, his yoga center in Bangalore, India, where he teaches general and therapeutic classes.
Arunji's students find his teaching to be simple, direct, and effective. His keen eye and quick wit lend a special positive energy to his classes. The endless variety in his sequences, based on the solid foundation of the Iyengar tradition, allows students to explore deeply the many facets of yoga.
Please Note:
- Scholarships are readily available to IYAUM members.

- CIYTs and studio owners: If you need to cancel classes in order to attend, and to encourage yours students to attend, we will cover your cost of the workshop. Use the Scholarship application to request funds.
- Saint Paul Yoga Center requires proof of full vaccination to attend classes. If you plan to attend in person, bring proof of vaccination with you (paper or digital) and be prepared to show it at the door.
- Online classes will be broadcast via Zoom Webinar format. This means the instructor will not see online participants, but you will see him teaching, and we will provide close-up shots of details of instruction.
- All registrants, whether online or in person, will receive links to the recordings of the classes for which they registered.
