Please join us as we welcome Brian back for a lovely weekend of asana and pranayama practice. This workshop is suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels, with a special class for teachers and aspiring teachers Friday afternoon.

About the Event
Interlinked and Interwoven
B.K.S. Iyengar writes, “All the eight petals of yoga are interlinked and interwoven. If one petal is explicit others are implicit and that is how yoga works.” With this insight and related theoretical background as inspiration, we will explore āsana, prānāyāma, and dhārana in their context of the eight petals of yoga.
